Welcome to Photo Ai: Image Generator (the "App"). We are committed to a "Privacy-First" approach. Our application is designed to function without user accounts or secondary backend servers to ensure your data remains under your control.

Privacy Commitment: We do not maintain any backend servers and do not store your generating history, prompts, or personal identity information on any centralized database.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Because our App is serverless, data collection is kept to the absolute minimum required for functionality:

• Local Storage: Your generated images and prompts are stored locally on your device only. We have no access to your gallery or your local app data.
• Direct Transmission: When you generate an image, your text prompt is transmitted directly to our AI infrastructure provider for real-time processing. No copy of the prompt is retained on our side once the content is delivered.
• Techncial Logs: Standard technical data (device model, OS version) is collected only to maintain app stability and verify active subscriptions.

2. Third-Party AI Integrations (Guideline 2.1)

We integrate with pollinations.ai for AI content generation.

• Transparency: Text prompts you explicitly provide are processed in real-time by Pollinations.ai. This is a direct ephemeral transmission required for the AI to function.
• Consent: We obtain your permission during onboarding. By tapping "Get Started," you explicitly permit this ephemeral data processing for the purpose of content generation.

3. Reporting and Moderation (Guideline 1.2)

To comply with Apple Guideline 1.2 (UGC/AI Content), we provide mandatory reporting tools:

• In-App Report Feature: Every generation includes a prominent "Report" icon.
• Email-Based Reporting: When you report content, the App uses your device's native mail app to send a report directly from your personal email to our support team. We do not store these reports in a database; they are handled via direct support communication.

4. Advertising and Tracking

We use Google AdMob for advertisements. We respect your "Limit Ad Tracking" settings. If you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, device identifiers are used solely to provide a better, more personalized ad experience through the AdMob network.

5. Data Rights and Deletion

Since we do not store any identifying information or user accounts on our own servers, there is no "User Account" to delete. You have complete control over your data: simply deleting the App from your device will permanently remove all of your generation history and prompts.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. Because no account or data collection exists on our servers, there is no risk of profiling or collecting data from minors.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided for creative and entertainment purposes. It may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. Users should not rely on the AI Assistant for medical, legal, or professional advice.
